Gauchezco Reserve Malbec
Gauchezco Reserve Malbec displays a deep red color with violet overlays,
with an elegant and complex style where notes of plum, raspberry,
violets and vanilla invade the nose. To the mouth, the wine is balanced
and concentrated with well-rounded tannins which emphasize its
personality. A long and smooth finish reminds us of the wine’s time in
contact with oak.
Enjoy it with red meats, pasta and fine fermented cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature 60°F- 64°F / 16°C- 18°C.
 

 

Gauchezco Reserve Petit Verdot
Gauchezco Reserve Petit Verdot displays an intensive violet red shade
with spicy aromas, menthol notes and layers of mature black fruits
accompanied by notes of vanilla and chocolate from the oak ageing.
Good length, smooth tannins and attractive fruit flavors intermingled
with hints of vanilla and chocolate.
Enjoy it with red meats, lamb, spicy dishes and ripe cheeses.

Gauchezco Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Gauchezco Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby red color with dark
violet overlays. To the nose it is intense and complex where green
pepper, black cherry and boysenberry come together with notes of
vanilla and dark chocolate. To the mouth, the wine is well balanced
and has as a harmonious structure sustained by sweet and mature
tannins, providing a long and persistent finish, that reminds the wine’s
contact with oak.
Enjoy it with red meats, lamb, spicy dishes and ripe cheeses.

Gauchezco Reserve Chardonnay
This Chardonnay displays an intense greenish yellow with golden
and bright hints. Exquisite aroma dominated by tropical fruits, citrus and coconut.
A delicate acidity giving a feeling of freshness. It has a smooth, lingering nish.
Perfect to enjoy with delicate fish such as grilled sea bass, sole or turbot.
Recommended serving temperature 46°- 50° F / 8°- 10° C.
